These pictures motivate me to get off my ass and go to the gym or stop eating things I don't need to eat! I'm going to spend November to March, avoiding big meals(such as Holiday meals) and working my ass off!
I like to think of myself as a caterpillar (with my soft body) right now in my cocoon. I'm working hard to get to my body goals (slim midsection, toned body). At the end of winter, I hope to come out of my cocoon and flourish as a butterfly (the new, fit me).
